Address Accuracy

Tlumi is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the customer.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been transferred to the carrier.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be completed after processing or fulfillment has begun.
If the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and may need to be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy [LINK].
Split Shipments
Products in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately due to inventory location, product availability, package size, carrier requirements, or fulfillment arrangements.
If an order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate shipping confirmations and tracking numbers.
Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the entire order has been delivered. Please review your order status and tracking information for any remaining shipments.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or returned because customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, or other import requirements were not completed, any refund will be handled after the returned package is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges, return shipping costs, customs charges, carrier fees, and other non-recoverable expenses may be deducted from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages
Depending on the carrier and destination, a signature or delivery confirmation may be required.
If nobody is available to receive the shipment, the carrier may:
- Make another delivery attempt
- Leave the package in a secure location
- Deliver the package to a collection point
- Hold the package at a local facility
- Return the package to the sender
It is your responsibility to monitor tracking information and follow the carrier’s collection or redelivery instructions.
A package may be returned to us because of:

- Failure to collect the package
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts
- Refusal of delivery
- Unpaid customs charges

If a package is returned for a reason not caused by Tlumi, additional shipping costs may apply before the order can be sent again.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:
- Check the delivery address on your order.
- Check around the delivery location, mailbox, reception area, or other secure locations.
- Ask household members, neighbors, building management, or reception staff.
- Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details.

We will provide reasonable assistance and may request that the carrier investigate the delivery.
Any replacement or refund will be determined based on the carrier’s investigation, the circumstances of the shipment, available evidence, and applicable law.
Lost Packages
A shipment will not necessarily be considered lost solely because tracking has temporarily stopped updating or because it has passed the original estimated delivery date.

We may need to open an investigation with the carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include:
- Continued carrier investigation
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit

Damaged Packages or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

- Photographs of the outer packaging

Refused Shipments
Please do not refuse a shipment unless instructed to do so by Tlumi.
Refusing delivery does not automatically qualify an order for a full refund.
If a refused shipment is returned to us, any refund will be considered after the package has been received and inspected.
Where permitted by law, original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs charges, carrier charges, and other non-refundable costs may be deducted from the refund.
Delivery Restrictions
Delivery to PO boxes, military addresses, remote areas, islands, freight-forwarding locations, hotels, temporary accommodation, or restricted regions may be unavailable or subject to additional limitations.
Available shipping options will normally be displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to contact you for an alternative address or cancel and refund an order if delivery cannot reasonably be completed.
